Tea meditation is a practice that has been used for over 900 years. First originating in Japan, tea meditation comes under the umbrella of zen meditation.

Join us for our monthly guided tea meditation - focusing on the use of essential oils and tea to assist in calming your mind and relaxing your body.

No previous experience is necessary to attend, it’s perfect for all skill levels and all equipment will be provided.
