Tea meditation is a practice that has been used for over 900 years. First originating in Japan, tea meditation comes under the umbrella of zen meditation.

Join us for a four week meditation course focusing on the use of essential oils and tea to assist in calming your mind and improving your meditation skills.

Over the four weeks we will explore the principles of meditation, how essential oils help in relaxing the mind and body as well as a guided tea meditation during each class.

Each week we will meditate with a different tea, teaching you about the origin and health benefits associated with it.

Classes will be run by a qualified instructor who has been using essential oils and natural health remedies for a number of years to help her and her family live their best life.

Allow yourself this time to reconnect with yourself and like minded people. Join us once a week and let your mind and body unwind.

No previous experience is necessary to attend this course, it’s perfect for all skill levels and all equipment will be provided.


  • 4 week course: Wednesday 22nd May – Wednesday 12th June from 7pm

  • Class duration is 1-1.5 hours

  • Time: 7pm

  • $120 for the four weeks

  • Hand blended organic tea supplied each class

  • All equipment will be provided
